When placing an order close to a holiday or holiday weekend please allow a few extra days to process an order as we may be unavailable for a few days due to holiday time off. Also if you need your order for Christmas remember to order in plenty of time ahead due to so many deliveries during that time of year so you will receive your package on time.

We do not offer returns, only exchanges for the same style in a different size, subject to availability. If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to us to see if we have a different size in stock. We prefer exchanges be done in-store, but we can mail-out the exchange for an additional shipping fee after we receive the original item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please understand we are a small business so we cannot send out shipping labels like most large businesses can. Thank you for understanding!
